Fix

Tab switching no longer loops. v0.3.1 stopped redundant docks when stickies were already on the focused tab, but missed the source-tab echo: moving agent/sidebar onto tab A fires tab.focused on tab B, which tried to dock them back to B.

This release ignores those echoes when:

• stickies are already on the event tab
• Herdr's focused tab differs from the event tab
• a programmatic dock to another tab is in flight (dock_target_tab)
