Draft 0.3.3 - Update URST Protocol Specification to version 0.3.3

  • Added CONNECT and CONNECT_ACK handshake frames for connection establishment.
  • Introduced ERROR, ABORT, BUSY, and READY frame types for enhanced communication.
  • Made fragment timeout and single concurrent Message ID mandatory for implementations.
  • Clarified CRC and COBS encoding order in the frame construction process.
  • Enforced strict stop-and-wait semantics to ensure reliable data transmission.
