Version 2.9

This version adds support for BBG and HML files, as well as experimental support for DBS, DML, ECS, GRD, and MAP. It includes support for:

TL;DR

Drag and drop an .nds file onto carbonizer.exe to unpack it, then drop the resulting folder back onto carbonizer.exe to repack it.
