Performs batch calls to Postcodes.io to return full data on an excel doc of postcodes

Create a folder which includes this python file and an excel (xlsx) called PostcodesFile

In that file, have 1 column titled 'Postcode'

Run the script to call Postcodes.io in batches of 100 and return full postcode data

Data will be returned to a new file called PostcodesFile_with_full_data
