Windows installer for Simple OCR Capture 1.6.0.

Per-user install: no UAC prompt, and the application only ever writes to %APPDATA% and the output folder you choose.

Requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
  • Ollama installed - the application starts and supervises it
  • An OCR model - offered for download on first run

Nothing else. Ships as a single executable: no runtime, no redistributable, no Python.

The default model is olmOCR-2 (about 9.5 GB) and is deliberately not bundled; the application checks for it at startup and offers to pull it.
