  • Added SmimeState.PROBABLY_SIGNED for Outlook messages that declare multipart/signed but omit the S/MIME protocol parameter (#8).
  • Protected SmimeKey certificate-chain state by returning a defensive copy from getCertificateChain() (#15).
  • Expanded the key-loading example after #7.

Compatibility: the API is source-compatible, but exhaustive handling of SmimeState should account for the new PROBABLY_SIGNED value.
