Adds TikTok photo controls and fixes posting through hosted accounts. Requires @simple-post/sdk@^1.3.0, including its new Telegram album support.

  • Add TikTok music, title, description, cover, and privacy flags, with interactive photo and inbox-upload options.
  • Upload local files when posting through hosted SimplePost accounts and forward platform settings and media metadata.
  • Correctly handle mixed local and hosted account targets and display provider result messages.
  • Include SDK 1.3.0 publishing, media-validation, and credential/default fixes.

Install: npm install -g @simple-post/cli@1.3.0

Validation: CLI checks and all 46 tests passed. Packed CLI version output and TikTok command help passed in an isolated installation alongside SDK 1.3.0. The release workflow also runs package checks and tests before publishing.
