ResourceTypes endpoint

There is ResourceTypes endpoint in SimpleIdentityServer. Do you plan to add the endpoint to SimpleIdServer?

Indeed we forgot to implement the "ResourceTypes" endpoint in SimpleIdServer.
It will be implemented in the next release.
