Security

Updates dependencies with known vulnerabilities: maatwebsite/excel 3.1.70, phpoffice/phpspreadsheet 1.30.7, livewire/livewire 4.4.7, phpseclib/phpseclib 3.0.57, web-auth/webauthn-lib 5.3.9 and vue 3.5.44, plus several patched npm packages. No configuration changes are required, a regular update (composer install, npm ci, npm run build) is enough.
