To make the workflows integrate with existing codebases/be triggered externally, we need to allow the deployment of the workflow as an API.
Additional context
Right now, we have the support for schedules in the starter block, which allow scheduled executions of a workflow. Once we have the API endpoint that attaches to the workflow. we can trigger it by making an http request to that endpoint/via webhook.
