The Python implementation is gone from the tree, the verification matrix is
closed at 95 of 95 rows, and the documentation describes what ships.

Breaking: the ~/.ssh layout moved (one inline config, one hashed known_hosts;
reconcile migrates it), and knownhosts init --user was removed.
