Changed

First-run onboarding is now a navigable menu (↑/↓ + Enter), consistent with
the rest of the TUI, replacing the old single-key (w/i) prompts: choose
Guided setup wizard, Write default config, or Quit. After the wizard
finishes, the main menu loads automatically.
