Refactored code for the python class to follow Class templates.
Cleaned up some code in the python class to reduce dynamic typing.
Removed unused check box for including a layer in the LSF GUI.
Removed separate main.py code. The Python class can be run directly for example usage. The class can be instantiated as an object and has default values that can be overridden.
