Fixes

• Fix handling of letters outside the Basic Multilingual Plane (#117) 92d7f63
  • Letters that need a surrogate pair (for example, Deseret and Osage) are now handled as one character. pascalCase now uppercases such a first letter, and an uppercase letter of this type in the middle of a word is no longer lowercased.
• Fix preserveConsecutiveUppercase when capitalizeAfterNumber is false 3433c29
  • An uppercase letter after a character such as ! or @ was lowercased. Now foo!Bar stays foo!Bar, the same as when capitalizeAfterNumber is true.
• Treat decimal digits from all scripts as numbers for capitalizeAfterNumber 97e8e40
  • Before, only ASCII digits were numbers. Now foo١bar becomes foo١Bar, the same as foo1bar becomes foo1Bar.
