rust/sync-csrc.shafter asrc/change, CI on six languages, squash-merge, credit in history) and Correcting a note or a matrix row (the notes are regenerated fromCOMPATIBILITY.md/UPSTREAM.md; security goes through private reporting). Two issue templates, Driver finding and Bug report, ask for the driver, database, OS, verbatim first error and a bridge-free reproduction; the template chooser links private security reporting and the add-a-database guide.
