scripts/bump_version.py --set 0.1.1: ten manifests and the install snippets in ten docs. docs/index.md's status table now says the compatibility rows were measured on 0.1.0 and that 0.1.1 changes native delegation only (re-probed on the 14 PostgreSQL-wire rows on 2026-09-05), and lists provenance and the SBOM as part of this release rather than the next. What 0.1.1 changes: native delegation probes the native driver before handing a PostgreSQL-wire connection to it and falls back to ODBC when the server cannot serve it (#74).
