Automatic resubscription mechanism for restarted bus nodes #951
Description
Problem:
When a bus node restarts, any downstream nodes previously subscribed to it do not automatically re-establish their subscriptions. As a result, the entire bus network must be restarted to restore message flow.
Required Improvement:
Implement a keep-alive or automatic resubscription mechanism so that dependent nodes detect when an upstream node has restarted and transparently re-subscribe to it.
