how to reset emc for stuff with missing emc (1.20.1)

im playing a modpack and alot of stuff (36k items) that should have a emc value dont, i was wondering if there was a cmd or something for making everything have the emc value it should, im on 1.20.1

This will need to be addressed by the modpack author. Most packs which include PE by default gimp it to the point of being a pointless addition. Word of advice, just download a kitchen sink modpack and add PE yourself.
