Shorts Engine v0.1.0

첫 공개 릴리즈입니다. 이번 버전에서는 Shorts-engine × MediaForge 통합 기능과 Windows용 portable .exe 배포를 함께 제공합니다.

처음 쓰는 분께 추천하는 시작 순서

1. shorts-engine-win-x64.exe를 다운로드합니다.
2. 새 작업 폴더를 만든 뒤 그 안에 .exe를 둡니다.
3. PowerShell에서 아래 순서로 실행합니다.

.\shorts-engine-win-x64.exe doctor --json
.\shorts-engine-win-x64.exe init my-request.json
.\shorts-engine-win-x64.exe run my-request.json --json
.\shorts-engine-win-x64.exe prompt my-request.json --json
