  • SIU → Appointment and MDM → DocumentReference skeleton builders (SCH/TXA field mapping, status tables, OBX document body as base64 attachment)
  • cda_to_fhir — map CDA/CCD XML documents to FHIR Bundles (Patient, Observations, Conditions, MedicationStatements) with OID → FHIR system translation and section gap reporting
  • fhir_to_hl7v2 — generate HL7 v2 (ORU/ADT/ORM) from a skeleton Bundle
  • round_trip_check — HL7 → FHIR → HL7 → FHIR fidelity diff; all 7 in-repo samples round-trip losslessly
  • 24 new tests (92 total), 2 new samples + baselines
