Highlights

  • C-CDA coverage growth: cda_to_fhir now maps Allergies → AllergyIntolerance, Immunizations → Immunization (CVX, negationInd handling), and Procedures → Procedure
  • SIU/MDM reverse generation: fhir_to_hl7v2 emits SIU^S12 and MDM^T02 — all 7 in-repo samples now round-trip losslessly
  • FHIR R4B/R5 targets: fhir_version option on the skeleton builders, with R5 breaking renames applied (Encounter.class/actualPeriod, Appointment.reason, MedicationStatement.medication)
  • map_directory batch mode: map + validate a whole directory of .hl7/.txt/.xml messages in one call with per-file results and a summary
  • 18 new tests (110 total)
