Unofficial XTouch fork for the original ESP32 2.8-inch CYD (ESP32-2432S028R), with Bambu Lab Cloud account login and SD-card-free setup.

Features

  • PC-based Bambu Lab email/password login, email verification, authenticator 2FA and printer selection.
  • USB configuration and on-device Wi-Fi setup for manual credentials, with settings stored in internal flash.
  • Corrected Cloud MQTT status reception, P1 filament command handling and partial AMS updates.
  • Chamber-light state matching and report-driven button state, with USB diagnostics.

Installation

Download and extract xtouch-cyd-p1s-cloud-0.9.213-cyd.6.zip, then follow its English README.md. For first installation use the full image; app-only updates require a matching partition layout. The current setup UI uses Korean labels, explained in the English guide. Do not use the upstream web installer for this fork.

Verification and limitations

CYD boot, SD-free setup, P1S Cloud telemetry and chamber-light operation were verified on hardware with P1S firmware 01.09.00.00. Native firmware regression checks, 10 Python tests and 22 JavaScript tests passed. Other actuators, filament changes and printer models are not comprehensively verified. Cloud control may be delayed and tokens are not automatically refreshed.
