I miss the AGENTS and CRONS menu

It would be really useful to have dedicated AGENTS and CRONS menus in Picoclaw.

I miss having a clear place to manage agents and scheduled jobs. An AGENTS (subagents) menu would make it easier to view, configure, enable, disable, and monitor existing agents. A CRONS menu would help manage scheduled tasks, check their status, see the last/next execution time, and troubleshoot failures more easily.

Right now, I feel like these areas are missing from the UI, and adding them would make Picoclaw much easier to operate and maintain.
