• Link JSON/JSONL tool results to earlier tool calls by exact ID across common
  tool_call_id/tool_use_id fields and contextual custom ID fields. Matched
  calls and results show compact ↓/↑ direction markers in the existing
  line-number separator without adding width, and t jumps exactly between a
  matched pair.

• Cache bounded JSON/JSONL conversation-context windows so adjacent scrolling
  reuses role and tool-link analysis, cap tool-link cold-jump prefix recovery and
  checkpoint history, and skip speculative render-cache prewarming while
  terminal input is already queued.
