Added

• Link nested typed JSON tool_result/tool_response objects to earlier tool
  calls by exact ID, alongside the existing direct tool-role result shape.
• Add r in interactive JSONL/NDJSON views to toggle an exact, bounded raw
  record snapshot. Follow refresh and attached/detached viewport state continue
  behind the snapshot, and r returns to the structured view.
• Add -F/--follow for interactive JSONL/NDJSON files. Follow mode opens at
  the committed tail without formatting the whole file, advances on appended
  records while attached, detaches when scrolled up, reattaches at the bottom,
  and uses f plus a legible footer to pause or resume.
• Expose a backend-neutral bidirectional RecordTimeline API from
  fmtview-core, with exact raw record bytes, stable epoch/offset identities,

• Collapse high-confidence inline base64 media in interactive JSONL/NDJSON
  views to media type and validated decoded size without decoding or copying it
  into the formatted display spool. Source records, redirected output, diffs,
  tool arguments, media bytes, and unknown fields remain token-preserving.
• Split the publishable, terminal-independent viewer engine into the new
  fmtview-core workspace crate. Format profiles and transforms, load/index
  models, file and diff viewer state, search/navigation, highlighting, layout,
  render caches, and backend-neutral frames can now be tested without a real
  terminal, while the fmtview package keeps the same install and binary name.
• Extend lazy record spooling, search, structure/chat/tool navigation, and
  viewport anchoring across tail-first older loads and live appends. Replacement
  epochs use a bounded committed-prefix probe plus exact record identities for
  ordered overlap reconciliation, preserving legitimate duplicate records and
  preventing stale/new history interleaving even when overlap spans lazy
  reverse-load batches.

Fixed

• Detect bounded start/middle/end changes when a same-size followed file is
  rewritten outside its previous tail, instead of silently keeping stale
  committed history.
• Keep follow-mode search input independent from navigation keys, including
  f, g, j, and b, and make a wrapped forward search load the true older
  prefix before repeating a tail match.
• Surface the existing malformed-record notice for records first encountered
  in the initial or lazily loaded older follow window.
• Require the release workflow to resolve an exact version tag and validate its
  changelog entry before any crates.io or npm publishing job can start.
• Revalidate bounded pending tails before scanning appended bytes, so an
  in-place delimiter rewrite followed by growth is not missed, and publish
  newer-read cursor progress only after the complete batch succeeds.
