The current star history chart is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart at the star-history.dera.page alternative so it renders again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the upstream service can no longer access GitHub's stargazer API. This switches the chart to the star-history.dera.page alternative, which uses a different data source that requires no API token, so the chart renders correctly again.
