What's Changed

• Include all approved active memories in chat/channel/cron prompt context until the existing character budget is reached, instead of dropping older memories by a fixed item cap.
• Make the memory store return all active memories by default while preserving explicit limits for list/search tool surfaces.
• Give cron isolated jobs the same internal tool and configured MCP tool instructions as normal chat runtimes, so scheduled tasks can discover/use configured MCP tools such as Composio/Gmail.
• Added regression coverage for full memory context loading and cron MCP tool prompt exposure.

Validation

• npm test: 487 passed, 0 failed.
• npm pack --dry-run succeeded for bestie-agent@0.1.13.
• Published bestie-agent@0.1.13 to npm.
