Fixed

• Pull the MinIO images from quay.io instead of Docker Hub. MinIO removed its images from Docker Hub after archiving the community edition, so a fresh docker compose up could no longer start result storage. The quay.io mirror still serves the same pinned releases, and no .env changes are needed. This keeps 4.x deployable until result storage moves to SeaweedFS #270.
