Features

  • Select MP4 files and preview frames inside the app
  • Export animated GIF with configurable FPS (speed) and scale
  • Lightweight, single-file GUI using Tkinter and OpenCV

Known issues

  • Large videos may consume a lot of memory; consider trimming before export
  • No support yet for GIF optimization or frame skipping

How to run

  • Requires Python 3.8+ and dependencies: opencv-python, pillow, tkinter.
  • Run: python main.py
