修复

• 缩放后把消息列表滚到底、继续滚会把整个 DSH 界面推走 / 上移。zoom 作用在 <html> 上会放大根盒子，文档因此多出一截可滚动区；内层列表触底后滚轮链到文档滚动器。现在缩放期间锁住根滚动，100% 时把 <html>/<body> 原来的内联样式原样还原，应用自己的滚动容器不受影响。

改进

• getBoundingClientRect() 的垫片返回真正的 DOMRect（之前是普通对象，instanceof DOMRect 会失败）。
• 取 getter 时沿原型链查找，描述符不在对象自身时也能打上垫片。
• 新增 scripts/zoom.test.mjs：覆盖 150% 下的 innerWidth / innerHeight / clientWidth / clientHeight / getBoundingClientRect / clientX，以及停用插件后样式与度量完整还原。

• 缩放后，内层列表滚到底部再继续滚动时，整个 DSH 界面会被推走 / 上移。
  原因：zoom 作用在 <html> 上会把根盒子按比例放大，文档因此多出一截可滚动区域；内层滚到底后滚轮链到文档滚动器。
  现在缩放期间锁住根滚动（html { overflow: hidden } + overscroll-behavior: none），100% 时释放；应用内部的滚动不受影响。

Layout-consistent zoom.

• Zoom stays renderer-only: CSS zoom on <html> plus a metric shim that divides the values DSH lays out with — window.innerWidth/innerHeight, Element.clientWidth/clientHeight, getBoundingClientRect(), MouseEvent.clientX/clientY — by the zoom factor.
• That keeps the composer, model picker and reasoning-effort menus in place from 60% to 180%; the shim is removed at 100%.
• Ctrl+0 resets, the level is remembered in localStorage.
• No host route and no Electron API, so it works in the desktop app and in plain dsh web.

• Zoom now goes through Electron's webContents.setZoomFactor via the host route /dsh-ui-zoom/zoom.
• CSS zoom is gone: it pushed the composer, model picker and reasoning-effort panel outside the viewport above 100%.
• Plain dsh web reports supported:false and leaves Ctrl+wheel to the browser.
• 60%–180%, 10% per step, Ctrl+0 resets, the level is remembered.
