Download — Windows desktop app

Download XPIA Tools-Setup-1.1.0.exe (156 MB) — run it to install the standalone desktop app. No account, no server: pick a provider from the list, enter an API key, and generate documents, images, and payloads locally.

The installer is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen shows an "unknown publisher" warning on first run — click More info → Run anyway.
