Download — Windows desktop app

Download XPIA-Tools-Setup-1.2.0.exe (157 MB) — run it to install the standalone desktop app. No account, no server: pick a provider, enter an API key, and generate documents, images, and payloads locally.

New in 1.2.0 — automatic updates. Once you're on this build, the app checks GitHub for new releases on launch and installs them for you; you won't need to download future versions by hand.

First run only: the installer is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen shows an "unknown publisher" warning — click More info -> Run anyway. (Auto-updates do not trigger this warning.)
