Download — Windows desktop app

Download XPIA-Tools-Setup-1.2.1.exe (115 MB) — run it to install the standalone desktop app. No account, no server: pick a provider, enter an API key, and generate documents, images, and payloads locally.

Faster install in 1.2.1 — the installer is ~40 MB smaller and unpacks far quicker; it no longer bundles the cloud SDKs the desktop never uses. Already on 1.2.0? The app updates itself.

First run only: the installer is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen shows an "unknown publisher" warning — click More info -> Run anyway. (Auto-updates do not trigger this.)
