Download — Windows desktop app

Download XPIA-Tools-Setup-1.4.0.exe (116 MB) — a one-click installer for the standalone desktop app. No account, no server: pick a provider, enter an API key, and generate documents, images, and payloads locally.

What's new in 1.4.0: the proper XPIA shield app icon, reliable one-click auto-updates, a real app menu (with Help → GitHub and Check for Updates), and a cleaner single-user UI (login/account/2FA/invite/feedback panels are hidden — this is a local tool).

Updating from 1.3.x or earlier? Install this version manually once — the fix that makes auto-updates reliable ships inside this installer, so the previous build can't pull it automatically. From 1.4.0 on, updates are automatic. If the installer says XPIA Tools is still running, open Task Manager → Details, end any XPIA Tools.exe (or reboot), then run it again.

First run only: the installer is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen shows an "unknown publisher" warning — click More info -> Run anyway.
