Bug Fix

• Fix node ENOENT error when running as app bundle — macOS app bundles inherit a minimal PATH that excludes /usr/local/bin and Homebrew paths, causing the Claude Agent SDK to fail when spawning node subprocesses. The bridge process PATH now includes common Node.js locations and the resolved node binary directory.
