This update introduces some changes to make debugging easier for improperly written plugins.

This will break plugins that are probably bugged. Stay on v1.x if you prefer to have plugins running as is.

Details:

• All natives except Close now throw an error on invalid/closed handle
  instead of silently returning 0.

• Typed getters (JsonGet*/JsonArrayGet*/IntObjectGet/JsonAs*)
  throw on type mismatch (e.g. GetInt on a String) with key/index and
  actual type in the message. Missing keys, out-of-bounds indices, and
  JSON null values still return defaults, only present-but-wrong-type
  cases throw.

Plugins relying on silent-default for type-mismatched reads need to
either use MemberType() or restructure their code.
Path getters (separate Failed/Error inspection API) and Iter getters
unaffected.

Improvements:

• There is now a Get method that returns any Json type.
• There is now a GetMemberType method that gets the type of a member.
