Introduces a client addon to support an "island" architecture on the front end.

Adding fix for transform stream bug

Fix still needs unit tests

This release is just verifying publish to npm

Trimming

• Removes all dependencies (even the ones for dev environment)
• Moves everything to one file and removes build

All of the good stuff in the examples / playground / perf will be moved to another repo to keep this clean.
