Changes

  • Rebuild English and Russian documentation around a complete workflow: save a project rule with its source, find an answer, check the source, and update the knowledge after a requirement changes.
  • Register 99 EN/RU document pairs, with complete references for CLI, Go packages and all 14 MCP tools. Add full reading translations of specifications, skills, ADRs and historical reports while preserving canonical originals and fixed data.
  • Pair page and section language navigation, separate historical materials, and provide reproducible English and Russian teaching demos.
  • Add okf view --lang en|ru, viewer.Options.Language and RenderWithOptions. The HTML language switch preserves the selected note and filters. Existing Render stays English by default; invalid languages fail before output publication.

The document contract remains 0.2. This release versions the Go toolkit separately.

Verification

Two independent reviewers read all 99 document pairs and accepted all ten criteria: 100%, no open confirmed findings. Clean EN/RU guide scenarios, four real Codex CLI skill/MCP integrations, site links and anchors, and desktop/narrow viewer behavior passed. Full PR CI passed, including Go tests, vet, race detection, platform contracts, skill checks and deterministic HTML exports.

v0.2.6 is unchanged.

Post-tag smoke checks: both binaries installed from the Go module proxy with @v0.2.7; module metadata identifies that version. Installed CLI produced a Russian HTML export. Installed MCP initialized, advertised 14 tools and completed search_sections against the teaching bundle. Fifteen published EN/RU routes returned HTTP 200; all three hosted demo files match the release tree byte for byte.

Repository rulesets are empty, so required status enforcement is not configured; green checks are verified explicitly by the release operator. The annotated tag is reachable from main and its tree matches the accepted PR exactly.

Publication gate: all five jobs in tag CI and all five jobs in main CI completed successfully, including the race detector; all seven main Action integration cases and Pages deployment also completed successfully.
