CodeGraph OSS v1.0.0 is the first public root release of the local-first, evidence-bearing graph engine.

Included:

• callable-owned semantic repository graph with explicit unresolved and ambiguous facts
• multi-repository composition and opt-in JavaScript/TypeScript PDG/dataflow
• governed JSONL corpus graphs with content-addressed inputs and verification
• checkpointed native machine graph scanning and loopback HTTP/UI serving
• Windows amd64 CodeGraph and parser binaries, documentation, SBOM, and revision-bound release manifest
