Deinterlace Studio 1.14.5

Portable Windows executable only. Download DeinterlaceStudio.exe and run it
directly; no installer is required.

What changed

  • Preserve every temporal field is now the default output cadence for
    genuinely interlaced sources in both single-file and batch workflows.
  • Progressive sources remain at their original cadence and are not doubled.
  • QTGMC startup now supports the validated VSJetpack keyword-contract variants
    found across different user runtime environments.
  • The portable-runtime dependency path is pinned and verified for more
    reproducible setup across systems.

Preserve every temporal field

Deinterlace Studio field-rate output selection

For genuinely interlaced footage, Preserve every temporal field — field-rate
progressive output (same duration) is the best choice when preparing a
high-quality input for temporal enhancement workflows such as SEEDVR2 and SLP.
A 25-frame/s interlaced source contains 50 distinct temporal fields per second;
field-rate output reconstructs 50 full-height progressive frames per second at
the same playback duration. This preserves the motion information carried by
both fields instead of reducing it to 25 progressive frames per second. Select
nominal-rate output only when the lower temporal cadence or smaller output is
intentional.

The executable is currently unsigned, so Windows may display a SmartScreen
warning on first launch.
