  • Preserve pending Read receipts in durable HITL checkpoints without authorizing interrupted same-batch writes.\n- Promote restored receipts only after resumed tool results become model-visible, allowing safe next-turn retries after the model sees the Read output.\n- Add regression coverage and update the v1.18.45 documentation line.
