Patch release closing a host-search traversal gap from the audit.\n\nChanges:\n- Host Glob and the PHP Grep fallback now load root .gitignore rules before traversing search roots.\n- Ignored files and directories are skipped with last-match negation support while preserving existing default ignored directories.\n- README and SDK docs now describe the v1.18.48 source line.\n\nValidation before tag:\n- composer validate --strict\n- composer audit --format=plain\n- composer run lint\n- ./vendor/bin/phpunit tests/Unit/GrepToolTest.php tests/Unit/GlobToolTest.php\n- composer test (2698 tests, 6633 assertions, 2 skipped)
