[1.5.2] — 2026-04-27

Closes the v1.5 documentation gap: cairn moderator labels is
now in the moderator CLI reference.

Changed

  • Added documentation for the cairn moderator labels subcommand
    to docs/moderator-cli.md as a new "Active label inspection"
    section. The subcommand shipped in v1.5 (#66) but was never
    added to README.md before v1.5.1's documentation split
    preserved existing content verbatim. (#69)
