Added new Weather Forecast tool

This tool utilises your existing Weather integration for Daily and Hourly forecast data.

• A weather entity that provides daily forecast data is required
• A weather entity that provides hourly forecast data can optionally be provided

Additionally, the tooling system prompt for Search Services has been improved.

Known bugs:

• When reconfiguring the integration, new settings will not apply until manually reloading the integration from the overflow menu
