Continuity Plane v0.1.0-alpha.1

This alpha is available on PyPI as continuity-plane==0.1.0a1 and from GitHub Releases. The public mirror contains 27 projected engineering commits plus this release commit; internal MASTER, STATUS, AGENTS, project-specific material, private paths, credentials, and raw transcripts are excluded.

Measured reference results and concrete pain-point use cases are in the Chinese default README and complete English documentation. Linux, macOS, and Windows install/verify/uninstall probes pass; export/import/rollback and complete Docmost/Obsidian graphical products remain in progress.
