Grouped products now print their children, so AI Search can index them. An unknown product type prints a row for itself instead of nothing, so an external or third-party type is no longer silently invisible. A malformed product no longer raises a PHP warning on every page view.

Bounds the search-results answer.

The answer now caps question length, caches answers on the normalised question, and limits calls per window. A repeated question costs no model call and no worker time. A failed or empty answer is cached for five minutes, so a broken endpoint is not re-dialled on every page view.

Before this, one unauthenticated search request held a PHP worker for about twelve seconds against a twenty second timeout. Closes #14.

Docs only. No code changed since v0.3.0.

The plugin documentation now reads in Simplified Technical English. The STE rewrite landed on main after v0.3.0 was tagged, so until this release every installed site's "View details" modal still rendered the older prose.

The changelog entries for shipped versions are unchanged, and match the text those versions released with.

v0.3.0

Variation and stock text for AI Search

Product pages now print variation and stock text as server-rendered HTML inside main. Cloudflare AI Search crawls HTML and does not run JavaScript, and WooCommerce fills variation stock in the browser after a shopper picks attributes, so that text was previously absent from the first HTML. Variations also have no permalinks by default, so discovery would not index them as separate URLs.

Each row names its attributes, its SKU when it has one, its price and its stock status. Out-of-stock variations are kept, because an out-of-stock answer is still an answer. A negative stock count prints its status without the number. The number of rows is capped, and the filter cloudflare_ai_search_stock_max_variations changes the cap.

Smaller archives

Development files no longer ship. .distignore covers wp dist-archive and the WordPress.org deploy action; .gitattributes export-ignore covers the source archives GitHub generates automatically for every tag, which cannot be removed after the fact.
