BloodRefill 2.1.0

Updated bloodrefill to support version 1.1 of the game

• Removed bloodstone dependency and replaced it with VAMP
• Added support for corruption blood type
• Updated README.md
• Tried fixing original debugSystem method to change blood stats but I had to fall back to the ChangeBloodEvent which only allows value changes (which is fine, just doesnt allow secondary blood changes)

Updated to support vrising 1.0 still in testing so please open issues if something doesn't work correctly!

• Only needs to be installed on server!
• Don't forget to customize your experience by editing values in the config file
• Requires the latest version of bloodstone!
