Lots of changes

  • players now get added to the cull list when logging in and removed when logging out
  • giving drops works again (make sure to enable it in config)
  • now using DateTImeSystem for constant running
  • also changed query parameters for better performance
  • readme changes
  • Future feature for bigger server could be for people to opt out of having spiders killed around them. The system is now there just not fully implemented
