Timezone correctness and a plugin integration surface.
Fixes
- Scraped event times are stored and shown as the source's own local wall-clock, with no timezone attached — imported events no longer land two or three hours off. Re-sync your sources after upgrading to correct existing events.
- Log and last-sync timestamps now display in the site's configured timezone rather than the server clock.
New
eventmesh/event_syncedaction (post id, is-new) fires after each event syncs, for sibling plugins to hook.eventmesh/integrationsfilter plus a "Connected plugins" panel on the Diagnostics screen that lists whoever answered it.
The plugin zip is attached below — install it via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
