Add support for Ubuntu 24.04

Full support for D435i and D455 compatible with Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04 (64-bit) on Raspberry Pi 4 as a well as most of the Nvidia Jetson platforms running L4T versions 32.4.4 through to 36.2.0. e.g from Jetpack 4.4.1 to Jetpack 6.0.

The new release also supports Ubuntu 24.04 for amd64 on top of the existing support for Ubuntu 22.04 and 20.04.

Full support for D435i and D455 compatible with Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04 (64-bit) on Raspberry Pi 4 as a well as most of the Nvidia Jetson platforms running L4T versions 32.4.4 through to 35.3.1 (e.g from Jetpack 4.4.1 to Jetpack 5.1.1).

Also supports Ubuntu 20.04 for amd64 with kernels 5.13 HWE, 5.14 OEM and 5.15 HWE.

The new release adds support for the new HWE kernel 6.2 for Ubuntu 22.04 on amd64 on top of existing support for 5.15 and 5.19 HWE kernel lines.
